Therapy For First Responders and Men Navigating Relationship Challenges
Confidential support for first responders experiencing stress, trauma, burnout, and the challenges of life on and off the job — as well as men facing relationship struggles, divorce, trust issues, or emotional disconnection.
Who I Work With
First Responders
Support for whatever may be weighing on you in or outside of work, including chronic stress, burnout, relationship strain, sleep issues or dynamics within your crew.
Whether you’re newer to the fire service and trying to stay ahead of PTSD and burnout, or have been carrying the pressure of the job for years, therapy can provide space to talk about what’s been going on both at work and in your personal life.
Men Navigating Relationship Challenges
Support for conflict, communication breakdown, anger, resentment, emotional distance, and difficult transitions in close relationships.
Whether you’re dealing with separation, infidelity, trust issues, or feeling disconnected from the people closest to you, therapy can provide space to talk about what’s been happening and figure out what comes next.
A Place to Step Out of the Pressure
When stress has been building for a long time, it can start showing up in places that are hard to ignore — sleep, communication, irritability, connection, or the ability to feel present.
Therapy offers a private space to talk through what has been weighing on you, whether it’s connected to work, relationships, family, divorce, trauma exposure, or something harder to name.
A Grounded, Practical Approach to Therapy
Hi, I’m Chrissy.
Welcome, and thanks for checking out my website.
My approach to therapy is calm, direct, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where people can speak openly without feeling judged, analyzed, or pressured to talk about things they don’t want to talk about.
I had a somewhat unconventional path to becoming a therapist. Before entering this field, I had a career as an Electrical Engineer and began seeing my own therapist during that time. Therapy ended up having a significant impact on my life, relationships, and overall well-being, and over time I found myself wanting to help others experience meaningful change in their own lives as well.
That experience ultimately led me to make a career change and pursue becoming a therapist.
