I help high-achieving professionals navigate burnout, chronic stress, and major life transitions — with clarity, balance, and emotional resilience.
Hi, I’m Chrissy.
Why I Do This Work
I specialize in working with high-achieving professionals because I understand the weight of high expectations — the pressure to perform, to keep up, to keep going, and to hold everything together.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as an electrical engineer in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment. I know firsthand what it’s like to hold yourself to impossible standards, navigate demanding work cultures, and try to balance ambition with your well-being.
I’ve moved through burnout, career transitions, and the shift to working from home myself. These experiences allow me to support clients with both clinical skill and genuine empathy.
My Approach
Evidence-Based
My work draws from proven therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs and goals.
Warm and Collaborative
I offer a grounded, supportive space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Culturally Responsive
Your identity, background, and lived experience matter. I honor all of who you are in our work together.
I am a trauma-informed therapist and my approach blends psychodynamic, somatic, and relational perspectives. This means we explore not only what’s happening in your life today, but also the deeper patterns, internal pressures, and learned responses that shape your experience.
I believe therapy should be both insight-oriented and practical. Together, we’ll uncover the root of your struggles while also developing grounded tools you can use in your day-to-day life — especially during moments of stress, burnout, or emotional overwhelm.
Every person carries a unique history, nervous system, and way of moving through the world. I tailor therapy to fit you, meeting you where you are, honoring your pace, and supporting you in a way that feels aligned, authentic, and genuinely helpful.
